This Privacy Policy explains how HookClimb (“the App”) handles information. HookClimb is a single-player arcade climbing game. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

HookClimb does not require an account and does not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.

• Gameplay data on device: Scores and similar game progress may be stored locally on your device only.
• No advertising ID use: The App does not currently include ads, analytics SDKs, or social login.
• Store / OS data: Google Play and your device operating system may process limited technical information (for example crash reports or install metadata) under their own policies when you download or use apps from the store.

3. How we use information

• To run the game on your device
• To keep local high scores / progress (if enabled in the App)
• To respond if you contact us about the App

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Because the App does not collect personal data on our servers, we do not share user profiles with third parties. Platform providers (such as Google Play) process data according to their own privacy policies.

5. Children’s privacy

HookClimb is a casual game and is not directed at children under 13 in a way that seeks personal data. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it if we hold any.

6. Data retention

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the App’s storage or uninstall the App. We do not operate a user account database for HookClimb.

8. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
